Where Magician Criss Angel Dines to Keep Close to Home Where Magician Criss Angel Dines to Keep Close to Home

Starting now, we've enlisted some of the celebrities of Las Vegas to share their recommendations on great places to dine in Sin City for a feature dubbed Celebrity Confidential. Know a celebrity who wants to share some top dining spots? The tipline is open.

You know Criss Angel, the only magician to have an entire show built around him by Cirque du Soleil. You've seen his A&E show Mindfreak, where he performs magic in front of ordinary people on the streets. Maybe you've seen his show Believe at the Luxor, now coming up on its fifth year on the Strip. Come October, he'll have a new show on Spike TV with 11 hours of new magic demonstrations, more than 170 in all. Here the magician who has two shows five nights a week shares his favorite places to dine when his personal chef isn't cooking up his meals. He doesn't stray far from home.

Which restaurants do you turn to when you're not working?
Tender Steakhouse at the Luxor
Tacos & Tequila at the Luxor
Rice & Co. at the Luxor

What dishes are most memorable?
At Tender I get as an appetizer: the jumbo shrimp cocktail and their assorted cheese platter. Main course is their petite fillet with a plain baked potato. I'm pretty boring. But it's always perfect!

At Tacos & Tequila, I always order the Sabana chicken with Spanish rice. They have GREAT chips and salsa! Chef Saul is da man!!!

At Rice & Co., I order edamame, vegetable roll and chicken with white rice!

Why do you enjoy going there?
I am a creature of habit and these restaurants have exactly what I like and it's always prepared exactly how I like it!

For a cheat meal I love Bonanno's New York Pizzeria in the Luxor food court! Great New York-style pizza!
