WESTSIDE — Dom DeMarco's Pizzeria & Bar now has a Sunday brunch starting this weekend from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Look for a deep dish pancake with caramelized apples, ricotta and mascarpone stuffed French toast and egg white frittata with mushrooms, asparagus and a tomato basil relish. Other new dishes include a morning roast porchetta with slow-roasted pulled pork with herb-roasted potatoes and the meatball Benny, a twist on the traditional Benedict made with Grams' secret recipe. Brunch pizzas include ham, bacon, egg and four cheese and mushroom spinach and egg. The brunch features a bloody Mary bar with more than a dozen hot sauces, bacon and garnishes in addition to a Venezia Bellini and classic mimosas. [EaterWire]
FORUM SHOPS AT CAESARS — Joe's Stone Crab now has bone-in Alaskan halibut marinated in lemon juice and olive oil, sprinkled with Joe's signature lemon pepper and broiled. Also new, roasted garlic shrimp with eight U-12 shrimp, marinated in a roasted garlic marinade and served with a grape tomato confit with shallots and a tomato vinaigrette. A new side for April — sugar snap peas sautéed in clarified butter and sprinkled with salt and white pepper.
