The Egg & I, the breakfast favorite on Sahara Avenue where a car crashed into the patio area on April 1 injuring 10 diners, is now boarded up and doesn't have a re-opening date. KTNV reports that a steel beam damaged in the crash needs to be repaired before other renovations can start. Signs on the exterior point guests to other nearby breakfast locations. Gage Lindsey, the 18-year-old accused of the crash, appears in court today facing charges of driving under the influence and reckless driving. [KTNV]
