RIO — The 12th Annual Pure Aloha Festival takes place April 18-21. The festival features more than 100 island craft and merchandise booths, authentic food vendors and amusement rides. General admission tickets for the festival are $8 and can be purchased at the event gate. Discounted admission for seniors (age 55 plus), military with ID and children age 5-10 is $6.
