Koraku Ramen now calls Chinatown its new home. Cafe Koraku has outposts in Southern California and once had a location in Primm, Nev. Now the restaurant joins the ramen resurgence in Vegas.

Koraku specializes in Shoyu ramen, a soy-based broth found in Tokyo. Many of the side dishes, known as Teishoku, seem more at home in an izakaya or kissaten rather than a dedicated ramen-ya.
