Noting the absence of the MGM Grand he argues the resort's chef roster including Joel Robuchon, Emeril Lagasse, Tom Colicchio and Michael Mina'sNobhill Tavern and Seablue restaurants should have garnered MGM a place in the final ten. Olmstead will be surprised to learn Nobhill Tavern closed on March 30 and Seablue shuttered last August. Mina's gastropub concept Pub 1842 will open in the former Seablue space this summer. [Forbes]
