COSMOPOLITAN OF LAS VEGAS — Holsteins Shakes and Buns now has a Thai beef salad, a cherry-lime float Bam-Boozled shake with Effin Black Cherry Vodka, Death Valley Black Cherry Soda, lime sorbet and cherry nitro meringue as well as the Cow Pie made with a graham cracker crust, vanilla marshmallow, "steaming" devil's food cake and dark chocolate mousse. VENETIAN — Public House now has Southern-fried chicken, a fried shrimp and green tomato BLT and the Baker's Block, which features a peanut butter crunch bar, key lime cheesecake, anise white chocolate biscotti, lemon bergamot tartlet, strawberry rhubarb trifle, black butte porter marshmallow, blackberry ricotta fritter and bacon caramel corn. GOLDEN NUGGET — Now the Wine Revolution Champagne and Jazz Brunch will donate 20 percent of ticket sales and live auctions to Three Square Food Bank. The event on Sunday, April 14, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. features made-to-order crepes, a bloody Mary bar and a selection of sparkling wines. Brunch will be followed by a live auction featuring wine lots, large format collector's bottles and more. Tickets to the brunch and auction can be purchased individually for $100. [EaterWire]
