Greenbelt Plaza is proposing to house a one stop, pan-Asian food focused mall on the east side.The projected 35,321 square feet concept, hopes to add a "fine dining" component to a mix of retail tenants, fast food and a giant specialty supermarket.

Goldilocks Bakery will operate their second Las Vegas location inside the complex and the space will be dominated by the first Nevada outpost of the Filipino-focused Island Pacific Supermarket, a chain with 11 branches in California.

Greenbelt Plaza describes the space as '"Zen inspired" and explains the expansive Southeast Asian concept embraces Chinese, Filipino, Japanese and Korean cultures.

Located in the retail center next to the Boulevard Mall, the Plaza is renovating a former Circuit City. Unnamed, but proposed, upscale dining would include outside patio seating. In addition to fast food options, Island Pacific Supermarket is known for its variety of prepared dishes to take home.

The plaza aims to build small spaces for retailers and offer cultural events hosting exhibitions and live performances on a staging area. Bids are being accepted for the initial construction phase.
